I managed to go an entire season unbeaten in the league as Arsenal on professional difficultly, I really don't know how because the next season I was back to the usual inconsistencies, everything just seemed to work and I think I only conceded about 10 goals for the season.

My back five for anyone interested was:

CB - Jan Vertonghen
CB - Laurent Koscielny
RB - Kieran Gibbs

You can sort of see how a loaned player is doing in the Squad > Squad Report section and scrolling down to the bottom, but only if they're improving if I recall, not if they're actually scoring.

Quick player growth if they are playing well. I currently have Alberto Paloschi as my main forward at Arsenal, he's been top scorer for two seasons and his overall has only improved by 2 points.
Half time Team Talks would be a great little feature, it would be similar to the press talks but would actually affect some factor of the play.
A really important one that I think needs to be added is a sense of history with the club, as far as I can tell there is no way of seeing how many goals a certain player has scored for the club? Would be fun to try break existing club records such as winning steaks, top scorers e.g. Arsenal Invincibles 49 run record, as well as being able to reference this in press talks.

I wish they would focus a little more on manager mode, I would love a half time team talks option. Similar to the talk to the press option, but you know... this one would actually do something.
