Our culture basically leans towards less is more when it comes to makeup and I don't blame them due to tropical,sunny weather. What dissapoints me is the amount of women who simply refuse to wear any cosmetics at all. I mean, their loss,but...Sunscreen here is extremely expensive but finally Spectraban is becoming well known. <3

Two things that, at least here in Brazil can never be good if they are cheap are eyeliners and blush. Less expensive mascara,such as Avon, can do a trick or two though I am past that now, hopefully.

I am located in South America but have some access to other brands. My next gift will be Physician's Formula's mascara.The last one was tre expensive Dior Show, I kept the brush,cleaned it and still use it with my simple Cover Girl or Maybelline mascaras.
