Um, it's not a constitutional right to refuse sobriety tests. When you sign your license you agree to submit to them. And any lawyer worth a turd in a toilet will tell you a refusal is not evidence against you. In fact, any lawyer will tell you NEVER EVER submit to sobriety tests. If they lack evidence they can't convict you. I just beat a DUI charge AND got my license back BECAUSE I refused to take the sobriety tests.

Exactly. The laws, as they stand now do nothing for public safety aside from deter people from driving drunk. They are there solely for the purpose of generating revenue through the court system. I got arrested for a DUI while taking a buddy home from the bars. I hadn't had a drink in over 3 hours, was 3 blocks from my destination, and was clearly not intoxicated. He pulled me over for expired tags. But, because the law demands and gives him incentive to, the cop arrested me. He said, because I refused to take the tests and my eyes were bloodshot (!!!!????) he was arresting me for DUI. And my drunk ass buddy wandered back to his car and DROVE HOME! How the fuck is that better than letting the cop make a good judgement call and follow me home? I beat the charges (DUI and license suspension) but not after dropping some serious cash on a laywer. It's all bullshit.

There's a difference between being arrested and being convicted of a crime. Your constitutional rights don't necessarily prevent you from being arrested. They only ensure you due process once you've been arrested. That being said, the legal system is boss at bleeding you dry once you're in the system. Between court fees, lawyer fees, fines, etc. you're gonna get bent over and they expect you to take I with a smile.

The heart is a fickle friend. There are countless factors that go into defining how one feels about another. Some aspect of his personallity, trust issues, maybe she's just known him too long. Timing can play a big part as well. I've turned down relationships because I was too fresh out of a previous one. I simply couldn't form those feelings for another person at the time. Looking back I think, "man, she was perfect. Why did I turn her down?"

In college, my brother got really drunk and puked all over his roommate, who was on the bottom bunk at the time. Roommate called the RA, RA called an ambulance. Fast forward to three years later, my bro's heath insurance premiums are sky high and they won't cover certain things because he was in the hospital for an alcohol related reason (aka labeled alcohol abuser, thus at a higher risk). It doesn't matter that that was the one and only time he ever got that drunk. To bad, so sorry. This could seriously cost you in the long run. You should look into getting it removed from your records.

To each their own, I guess. My results were positive. Sorry. Also, if someone's "repulsed" by fashion (besides the obvious dirty/smelly clothes) they probably need a priority readjustment. If you don't want to talk to me because I'm wearing suspenders then I don't want to talk to you either.
