First of all low self esteem never helped anybody, so fix that. Second of all you are still growing, there is a reason we call puberty the awkward stage. The best example of blooming late that I can think of is Neville from the HP movies. Dude was ugly as sin during childhood and teen years then BOOM! He's a man. That'll be you if you stay motivated and take care of your self. And that's why I don't need to see high schoolers with self esteem issues.
