Honestly, I agree with your reasoning except that Ford has made this standard across their range of cars from the base Fiesta to the GT500 Mustangs.

I drove a 2000 Mazda MPV mini-van in tan in college. I would have been happy to drive a newer car even with a limiter set at 80mph. (Didn't have a girlfriend through college)

This is part of the Ford MyKey system. At least on my car you can have one of your two keys become somewhat of a valet key and add a speed limiter, max audio level, and this feature in the OP. The idea is that you let your son/daughter drive the car and it tries to keep them with safety in mind. This does not turn on when the car is idling in park/neutral. It only comes on once the car has been in motion for 30-45 seconds (I forget what it is exactly.)

Personally I like it for when people borrow my car. I have the "administrator" key, and you give the person borrowing the second key.

I'm in Ocean Springs, so about 20min from Pascagoula. Since you're under 21, the bar scene is kinda out for you but no worries. Lots of good food on the coast if you know where to go. My personal favorites in the area are Country Gentleman (Gautier), Ed's Drive-In (already mentioned), Fillin Station (Biloxi) and don't forget that Mobile is about a 30-45 min drive away with TONS more to do. June 23rd (I think) we are doing a /r/biloxi meetup if you're up for it in D'iberville.

Fishing in Goula is pretty good, there's a lot of spots worth checking out. I mostly frequent the National Seashore in Ocean Springs though because being federal property it keeps out the riff-raff.

The problem with this movie was my friends and fellow pupils were quoting it SO much that by the time I actually got to see it, I felt as if I'd watched it already. To this day I don't think I've seen it in its entirety.

This is really neat stuff. I'm glad to see this is being taught. My IT job I'm at now, I walked in (in 2010) and saw term servers old dot matrix printers (some legal crap), as well as RJ-45 to parallel adapters just to get stuff to be networked...the horror.
