I'd like to know what to expect, what to start doing now

Upvote and another paying member here. I don't have any problem paying the yearly fee and getting 5-10 hours entertainment per month. I just played two live games before checking out reddit.

Protip: if you're a sore loser (as I am) set the live games to have no minimum ranking and only +25. I seemed to get paired up with a lot of people who were near 200 over my ranking (+200 the default) and losing A LOT. I'd rather play lower ranks and win than play higher ranks and lose. At least for now. My bruised ego is slowly recovering.

I actually remember your character in the first season of Facts of Life, I was 10 at the time. I was bummed when they re-tooled it in the second season. Have you ever looked back to that time and thought how different your life may have turned out had the show not changed?

Meh, they said they would attend. In consideration for their attendance, he offered to provide food/beverage/entertainment/party place. Seems to me there is a legally binding contract. Failure to attend is breach.

Am I the only one who thinks this faux pas should have been left to die at the reception? Did the rest of the world need to also know that these three had a three-way? Did the other three agree for this story to be posted? If not, are you claiming to be a friend of theirs, or that the couple who got married are friends? Because I don't think this is the type of thing friends should be reposting for the world to know about.

I was 10 when Facts of Life premiered, and had a crush on her then. I was very seriously bummed that they revamped the show in Season 2, and went with just Tootie, Natalie, Blair and that new girl. Seems she did alright for herself though.

So yeah.. I had a crush on her before it was cool to have a crush on her. (Throws neck scarf back over shoulder and sips his PBR)

I've never been able to get into any of that shit either. It's way too monotonous, and most games are just filler for a few key moments.

However, last season I did get the NFL pass for the playoffs (it was like $20) only because I could watch the game immediately after air, and they cut the 4-hour game into the key 45 minutes of play. That actually made it bearable to watch. And I would then find myself stopping play and looking up the rules or stats, instead of being forced to listen to these announcers talking shit about shinola that I wasn't familiar with and having waste 5 minutes waiting for the next 30 second play.
