It's a skin dye, common in many south Asian countries. Usually it's used as decoration for things like weddings (although in this case, the process is called mendhi as the designs are extremely intricate and involved). It fades away after a while.

I've never tried it, but I imagine not. Crackle polish dries extremely quickly, so that would make it really hard to stamp. If you do manage to get the design on your nails, when it crackled it would probably just completely distort the image.

Half of my head was teal for a while. I have naturally dark brown hair, so I had to bleach it quite a bit and then it was always likely to turn green/fade to green. If you have a fairly yellow-blonde hair color, you may want to look into toner before using teal on your hair to keep it from becoming green.
