It is definitely fake, there is no way Big Brothers Big Sisters would put a 24 year old guy with a 14 year old girl.

I'm not sure about that particular case, but I contacted my brother this morning to ask if that could/would ever happen. He's been involved with their mentoring program for a while now, and he said sometimes it does happen. FWIW, he's in the Nevada area.
