It sounds like the condom was too small. Try out different sizes and see what works best for you guys. Hopefully you will get another chance to try it out.

Make sure you're squeezing the tip when you're rolling it on. If you don't sometimes air can get trapped it there and it will keep coming off.

It really sounds like you put it on the wrong way round which is easy to do. When you put it on the correct way it rolls down further and stays down.

Make sure you're a rock before you put it on. A semi won't work.

Could it be because it is lubricated on the inside? Sometimes that can be the issue, too much lubrication could make it slide back up.

just practice putting one on when you're alone .. it will make things so much simpler

Not bragging, but until I switched to magnums I had the same problem. They are much easier to get on also. The regular ones didn't fit right. They are worth a try, or there is always duct tape. The MacGyver way.

If it rolled on simply enough and all the way down then you probably had it on the right way. I have seen a condom roll right back up a guys dick. He didn't know he was big. He was an average length, so he thought he was average, but his girth was the widest I have ever seen. I told him about magnum condoms. There are other brands but magnum are in regular drugstores in the US at least. He was thrilled. Much more comfortable and stayed down, and we had a great time! Good luck, have fun and be safe.
