Gonna watch the game at home with my daughter who has been a good luck charm for the Giants. Every game that I watched without her, the Giants lost. She was out for the 49s-Giants until the 4th qtr - and once she was back, well - ya know :)

When the giants played the pats in the sb 4 years ago I was in high school in NY and went to my friends house and ate buffalo wings. 4 years later I am in Miami for college....good thing that my friend goes to the same school as me down here so I am going to his house and having wings and beer, hoping it works again!

Going to Brazil for work is cool and all, but of course this business trip fell right on Super Bowl weekend, and this Super Bowl of all fucking Super Bowls. The worst thing is it's been delayed and pushed back a dozen times, much to my growing dismay.

Oh well. At least there's the internet and r/nfl, so it'll kind of feel like I'm at a SB party in my hotel room..

I will be in a bar in Covent Garden (London) losing bets with friends and spending an obscene amount of money on jaegerbombs (as is custimary) with the same people i saw the last 4 superbowls with . Ill miss Brighton this year though. Then 6 hours after that, I will go to work and hope i am sober.

EDIT: Tbh i doubt I will drink as i probably wont want to take my eyes off the game. However if things are going really badly then i dont think ill be sober enough to make it into work later that day

Headed over to a friends house, I plan on eating lots of barbequed meat, drinking good beer and hopefully a glass or two of some good Irish Whiskey.

And since I don't care who wins, I get to actually enjoy the game for the way they play it rather than stress about it. Feels good man, for me this is the best outcome of the post season, since I don't have a rooting interest either way. It sucks rooting for a team to fail in the SB, it's almost as stressful as when your team plays in it.

It's going to be about 60˚ outside; play soccer with my niece and nephew. After the game's over, find out the score. Pats win: watch highlights. Pats lose: play some more soccer.

We do have a $5/square parlay sheet (10 x 10, last digit of scores at end of each quarter) that in 15 years I've never won ever ever.

Well, the game is on BBC1, so I will at least be able to watch it in decent quality.

but it won't start till about 1AM I imagine, so I'll have a nap around 8, wake up about 12:30, start drinking (perhaps the FIL will join me), and then after the game get a 2-3 hour nap before going to work.
