These guys will definitely take care of you. I worked there for 3 years and it's about as close to a mom and pop shop that you can get from a full out corporation.

One thing to be aware of is that if you have the operators in the back take care of it, you'll have more options but it will be considerably more expensive.

If having a seam in the middle is okay with you then they have a ~36" plotter in the self-serve area and computers to set the files up for output. Bob (or any of the CSRs) are insanely friendly and are more than willing to walk you through the process.

If you can wait a bit for shipping, this is the best price you will find for the quality:

$33 for a 30x60 on lustre paper (not quite matte, but not shiny like glossy either)

I use this guy > http://www.largephotoprinting.com/

More expensive, but printing on top of the line plotter.

allposters.com will do custom posters from your photo, I'm not sure how big they can go.

Talk to Connie Smith, the owner at Minuteman Press [mobile (832) 563-8206]. Tell her you were referred by her real estate attorney.

Kinkos. it's like 5-10 bucks a sheet, $15 for better I think.

I have a plotter at work, just on reguar paper 42" wide roll. dont mind helping out a fellow redditor.

Should probably make sure your boss is cool with helping out a fellow redditor. Paper is expensive.

i dont see it being a problem.

We do large format printing, including fine art reproduction. As far as cost goes, we have materials from $3/sq. foot (gloss or bond papers) up to $14/sq. foot (watercolor papers, canvas) and a wide variety between.

What are the dimensions you're looking to print? Are the images you want to print photos or graphics files?

Are you looking to make prints to frame and hang or just tack to a wall?
