Hey, I'm a fairly fit guy (6'1" 185lbs) but I'm working on just toning up and getting a bit more definition. I am working out, running, pushups, and a bunch of different varieties of sit ups whenever I have downtime and before bed. Now, I can see my top 2 abs, but the bottom 4 have this little "pouch" looking area covering them. Its a bit frustrating. Any tips or tricks?
