Be careful, dude. Be VERY careful. It's easy to see that a hot girl likes one or two things that you also like and confuse that with being "really similar". Then down the line when you find out that she's not who you thought she was, you'll be really upset.

I'm not saying don't go out with her or anything, I'm just saying don't kid yourself. If you find yourself saying things like "I feel like I've already known her for years" or "she's just who I've always wanted", slap yourself in the face and say "NO, COLBY. I don't understand why everyone is giving you so much shit about this. You have a lot of the same interests; true, that shouldn't be the basis for a relationship, but its a great starting point. It would be easier to just ask her out in person: true, but you didn't say you were looking for an easy way, you were looking for a creative way.
